Unless otherwise agreed, all work is undertaken based on an agreed rate between Minty Highway Ltd and the client. NB This includes consultancy, online content creation, meetings, Skype sessions, phone calls, replies to emails, training and travel time. Any additional work that falls outside of the original project will be discussed and charged accordingly.
 

Work on a project will commence once an email has been received from the client confirming acceptance of the agreed rate. This written order denotes acceptance by the client of these Terms & Conditions.
 

Unless otherwise agreed, Minty Highway will invoice the client at the end of each calendar month for work completed during that month; payment terms are strictly 30 days from receipt of invoice.

With regard to editing, copywriting, photography, proofreading or database content, whether online or offline, the client is responsible for checking the accuracy and legality of the final copy/ images.
 

Minty Highway Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.
